Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only, by USPS. We do not ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping options

You choose a speed at payment. Rates are fixed and shown before you pay.

• USPS Ground Advantage, $12.99. Typically 2 to 5 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail, $25.00. Typically 1 to 3 business days.
• Express, USPS Priority Mail Express, $49.99. Typically 1 to 2 business days.

These are the carrier's usual transit times after we hand over the package. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, carrier delays and holidays.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. Please check it before contacting us about a delay.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be re-sent at the buyer's cost.

Packaging

Orders ship in plain, protective packaging. Products are supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. Please inspect your delivery and see our Returns & Refunds policy if anything is wrong.
