Terms of Sale

These terms govern every purchase from Chosen Labs ("we", "us") through chosenlabs.net. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Research use only

Everything we sell is supplied as a laboratory research chemical for in-vitro and other non-human laboratory research. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food additives or cosmetics. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals.

2. Who may buy

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research organization, for legitimate laboratory research purposes. Before payment you are required to confirm this. The confirmation is recorded with the order. We may decline, cancel or refund any order where we have reason to doubt it.

3. Prohibited use

You agree not to administer, ingest, inject, apply or otherwise use any product on or in a human or an animal. You agree not to resell any product as a drug, supplement or food, and to handle, store and dispose of materials in line with applicable law and good laboratory practice. You accept sole responsibility for lawful use after delivery.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are set by us at checkout; they exclude shipping, which is chosen at payment. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we suspect fraud, and will refund any amount charged for an order we cancel.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. Card details are entered on the processor's page and never reach our site. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Shipping, risk and title

We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.

8. Product information

Product pages describe molecular and analytical characteristics. They are provided for identification purposes only. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim that any product is safe or effective for human or animal use. Certificates of analysis, where published, relate to the batch tested.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are supplied "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond conformity to the stated identity and purity for the batch supplied. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any use of a product contrary to these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of New Jersey have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
